The vineyard consists of four varietals, namely Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Shiraz. The vineyard macroclimate is moderate to warm, with the vines planted in varying soils across the vineyard block under drip irrigation.

The first harvest of Sauvignon Blanc occurred in 2008, which provided great satisfaction, after battling the elements of flood, drought and bushfires in recent years. The Sauvignon Blanc was harvested early and has been made in a dry aromatic style, ready to drink. It sold out very quickly.
The 2009 harvest was completed with 5 wines now in production.
The Sauvignon Blanc 2009 produced an extraordinary balance of tropical fruit and green beans and was recently awarded a GOLD MEDAL in the Gippsland Wine Show this year(September 2010).
Our first Chardonnay was released in May 09 with stupendous results predominantly due to its unoaked style. Due to popular demand our Chardonnay quickly SOLD OUT as well.
The Pinot Gris was released in December 2009 and has also been a huge success with only limited stock available.
The '09 Shiraz was released in January this year and shows distinct white pepper character and as it was matured on American oak for 9 months...is ready to drink now.
This year we have also produced a Sparkling White, or "Blanc de Blanc" which is a blend of our early 2009 harvest of Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. The Sparkling Chardonnay/Pinot Gris has definately been a favourite with the ladies and is ideal for that special occassion. Last but not least, we have a sweet wine that was commonly asked for from our customers. A liqueor Pinot Gris was produced from the 2010 Pinot Gris grapes that were left on the vine to over-ripen...perfect for a "sticky" dessert wine. Its like nectar from the Gods ! We are eagerly awaiting the release of our first vintage of Sparkling Shiraz...sometime in December..just in time for Christmas.
